What can you automate?

Most work that repeats on a schedule or a trigger, follows rules and uses software you already have. If a person has to judge each case, we automate the steps around them.

Why is the audit paid?

You receive a workflow map, a time-and-cost estimate and a fixed scope for the build. The $1,500 audit fee is credited to that build if you build within 60 days.

What if you find nothing to automate?

We waive the audit fee if we find no workflow that would pay back its build within 12 months. We will tell you if the process is better left as it is.

What does usage cost?

You pay AI and software providers directly, on your own accounts, at their prices. The audit gives you an estimate before you commit.

Do I need to change software?

Usually, no. We start with the tools you already use. If an integration needs a change, we explain the cost before you commit.

Who owns what you build?

You own every account and automation. We document the workflow and hand it over so another provider can maintain it.

What happens if something breaks?

The Run plan includes monitoring and failure alerts. We investigate the problem, keep you informed and restore the workflow. The support scope is agreed before launch.

Will this replace my staff?

It replaces tasks, not people. How you use the hours is your decision. Most owners use them to grow without hiring.
